Refund policy

 

RETURNS

We accept returns for change-of-mind purchases within 14 days, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please notify as soon as possible from the receipt of your goods if you would like a return.

The following items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged—① Items on clearance, ②Silk underwear, ③Customized items, ④Silk sheets, and ⑤Silk duvets.

For a change of mind return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and the bedding cannot be slept in or washed. 

To complete your return, please send an email to us at: hello@murakihome.com with your name, order number and reason for return.

Muraki is not responsible for any shipping costs for change of mind returns.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again and then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

FAULTY ITEMS

Each order that is sent out is subject to strict quality inspections during the packing process. In the unlikely event that you have received a faulty or defective product please send us an email at hello@murakihome.com with your name and order number and we will review your case and sort you out as quickly as possible.

If items are deemed to be faulty you will have the option for a replacement to be sent free of charge or a full refund.
